I want to thank everyone who made my 50th birthday such a memorable event. I was very surprised and overwhelmed by all the people who came out on such a dreary, rainy day to help me celebrate.

I also want to thank my out-of-state friends who sent gifts and cards.

That was an amazing day that I will never forget.
